Smart Business Manager for African Entrepreneurs

Tap the "+" button on the home screen, select whether it's income or expense, enter the amount and category, then tap save. You can also use voice input by tapping the microphone icon.

Go to Invoices → New Invoice. Add your customer's details, list the items/services, set the price, and tap "Send Invoice." Your customer receives a professional PDF invoice via WhatsApp or email.

Check your internet connection first. OwoTrack works offline and syncs automatically when connected. If sync is still failing, go to Settings → Account → Force Sync, or contact our support team.

Go to Settings → Subscription → Upgrade Plan. Choose Business or Enterprise plan and pay via card, bank transfer, or USSD. Your upgrade activates instantly.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password," enter your registered email or phone number, and follow the reset link sent to you. If you don't receive the reset link, check your spam folder or contact us.

Tap the three dots (...) on any profile or message, then select "Report." Choose the reason and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 1-2 hours and takes action immediately.

Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days as per our privacy policy. This action cannot be undone.

View App

Go to My Bookings, select the booking you want to cancel, and tap "Cancel Booking." Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.

If an artisan is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, tap "Artisan No-Show" in the app. We'll either find you another artisan immediately or issue a full refund within 24 hours.
